   This rugged tripod has legs of sturdy aluminum tubing, given maximum stability by radial leg braces. These three section anodized aluminum legs have quick lever leg locks and non-slip, rubber tipped feet. A gear-operated center column has angled gear teeth for smoothest operation. There is a sure grip tilt and pan control handle, which serves as a locking mechanism for tilt movement of the pan head. Unique pan head design features left side control handle and right side camera platform tilt.  Also provided is a quick release platform tilt. Also provided is a quick release platform locking lever with an auto lock system.  All these features make this tripod extremely suitable for use with prism binoculars, spotting scopes or photo video devices.
